On 1st August 2014 Rhett & Lloyd Barker teamed up with Hollard and travelled to the Pont Drift border post to partake in the Nedbank Tour De Tuli Cycle event supporting the Children in the Wilderness programme. The ride takes place over 4 days, each consisting of between 57km- 68km per day.
Lloyd Barker had this to say....
"From the outset expectations were exceeded with regards to the organisation, the landscape and the participants. This is an event SA can be truly proud of. If one has a love for the bushveld and cycling then this is an event to be added to the wishlist. An added bonus is making a positive difference to the local communities where we visited a local school to each deliver a satchel containing much needed educational items."
The Tour De Tuli spoils its riders with spectacular scenery and the opportunity to ride within meters of Botswana's wildlife. Well Done Gents! To read up more on the the Children in the Wilderness Programme & Tour De Tuli, View HERE.
